| Directions | Water Bottle Application: Warm application: Fill bottle with warm tap water until two-thirds full. Cold application: Fill bottle two-thirds full with cold tap water or crushed ice. Release excess air from bottle. Secure stopper into threaded opening and turn until tight. To test for leakage, turn bottle upside down and press on it firmly. For sensitive skin areas, wrap a soft cloth around bottle. Douching Procedure: Glide shut-off clamp over an end of the tubing and close clamp. Attach vaginal pipe to clamped end of tube. Fill bottle two-thirds full with warm tap water. If preferred, add douche concentrate. Insert adapter cap into bottle and turn to tighten. If using douche solution, cover adapter cap opening and shake carefully to mix. Connect the free end of tubing to the adapter cap. Hang water bottle less than three feet above hips. Before using, expel air in tubing by quickly releasing and closing clamp. In shower, stand with feet separated and gently insert vaginal pipe. In bathtub, lie in tub with knees bent and slightly apart; insert pipe gently. On toilet, while seated, raise one thigh and insert vaginal pipe gently. Release shut-off clamp to allow liquid to flow smoothly. General Enema Procedure: Glide shut-off clamp over an end of the tubing and close clamp. Attach enema pipe to clamped end of tube. Fill bottle two-thirds full with warm tap water. Insert adapter cap into bottle and turn to tighten. Connect the free end of tubing to the adapter cap. Hang water bottle less than three feet above hips. Before using, expel air in tubing by quickly releasing and closing clamp. Coat enema pipe with lubricating jelly. In bathtub, lie back in tub and position knees upward. Insert pipe gently. On toilet, lean forward slightly while sitting. Insert pipe gently. Release shut-off clamp to allow liquid to flow smoothly. Retention Enema Procedure: Please follow physician's recommendation. Product Care: Before each use, examine components carefully. If product shows wear, it should not be used. After each use, clean product components with lukewarm water. |
